Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as follows:

  • More than 30 days of the travel date: 20% of package cost
  • 30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of package cost
  • 20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of package cost
  • 14 to 10 days before the travel date: 70% of package cost
  • 10 days before the travel date: 100% of package Cost
  • Cancellation charges for Star Cruises booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules.
  • Cancellation charges for Air Tickets bookings shall apply as per Air Line cancellation rules.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • 25% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
  • 75% amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
  • Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
  • If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

REFUND POLICYA

Any refund will take at least 15 days to process and will be transferred to the same bank account, used at the time of booking.

Raheja Vacations Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the booking dates have been communicated to the hotels, transporters etc. and they have initiated the process of retaining/booking.
  • There is no cancellation of booking under the Same Day booking category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those bookings that the Raheja Vacations Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New year and peak season time etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the services received is not as shown on the site or as per e-mail communication, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Raheja Vacations Pvt. Ltd. Only acts only as a booking agent of the Hotel Accommodation & Transport Or Adventure Like Camping And Trekking , providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider in no circumstance shall Raheja Vacations Pvt. Ltd. be liable for services provided by the service vender and no responsibility as the principal
  • Raheja Vacations Pvt. Ltd. shell not in any way is responsible for any loss or theft of goods or any property of the tourist during visit or in the reservation/booking office. Luggage is carried at owner’s risk

 

Fog Alert

The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any airlines due to aby reason whatsoever including fog or bad weather and the tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions herein.
